Accessibility statement

This statement applies to the LPM Consulting website.

Our commitment

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 level AA. That means it should be navigable by keyboard, usable with a screen reader, readable when text is resized up to 200 per cent, and legible at standard contrast ratios.

Known limitations

This site is newly built and has not yet been through a full independent accessibility audit. If you find something that does not work for you, that is a defect and I want to know about it.

Reporting a problem

Email enquiries@lpmconsulting.co.uk describing the page and the problem. I aim to respond within five working days.

Enforcement

If you are not happy with the response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can advise. Public sector bodies in the UK are covered by the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018; this is a private sector site, but the same standard is applied by choice.
