Who we are

LPM Solutions Group Ltd, trading as LPM Consulting, of 13 Hollyfield, Gresford, Wrexham, LL12 8HD, is the data controller for personal data described in this notice. Contact: enquiries@lpmconsulting.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry correspondence. If you email us, we hold your name, email address and the content of your message so we can respond and, where relevant, manage the resulting engagement.
• Client engagement records. Contracts, statements of work, deliverables and billing records for work we deliver.
• Website usage. Standard server logs held by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and running the business, contract for delivering engagements we have been appointed to, and legal obligation for records we are required to keep, such as tax records.

Client data in delivery

Where an engagement involves personal data belonging to a client, the client is normally the controller and we act as processor under the terms of the engagement. Our default working position is to avoid handling identifiable personal data at all where the work can be done with pseudonymised, aggregated or synthetic data — and to say so explicitly in the statement of work.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers — hosting, email and accounting — who process data on our instructions. Where an engagement involves an associate, that is agreed with the client and covered contractually.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Engagement and financial records are kept for seven years to meet statutory requirements, then deleted.

International transfers

This website is hosted in the United Kingdom. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where it applies. Email enquiries@lpmconsulting.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
