How engagements are shaped
Short advisory
Two to ten days. An architecture review, a cost-optimisation assessment, a DPIA, a second opinion on a strategy or business case. Fixed scope, fixed fee, written output.
Defined-outcome package
Four to twelve weeks. Strategy development, target operating model, IG framework design, platform options appraisal. Milestone-based with an agreed deliverable set.
Interim leadership
Ongoing, part-time or full-time. Interim leadership of a data function or programme, with a defined remit and a planned handover.
Rates depend on route and engagement shape and are confirmed in writing before any work starts. Day rates are published for framework routes; direct engagements are quoted against scope.
